Hachimaki : Japanese Night View Heritage Site.

Hachimaki observatory is one of the few places where you can truly appreciate the night view with little hindrance from fog.In front of you, the Osaka Bay can be seen as a sea of darkness encircled by a "C" shape of city lights, with downtown Kobe at its forefront.Next to this, the Osaka plains spread out as far as the eye can see and in the back right-hand side you can see the Kobe Airport.Located in the middle of Mount Rokko in Kobe, this observatory is a great place to view these spectacular city lights.
