These are special variety of food and I now feel that I have allowed too many of these to slip by uncaptured before and I pay the price for my arrogance.  All these pix was shot at Kawaramachi & Uji, Kyoto !

Sukiyaki involves cooking fresh veggies and meat right at the table with a bit of sauce and water. Yummy!
